Director
Nick Wood brings over 30 years of experience in investment management, tax consulting, and litigation funding. In 2021, he founded Audley Capital to simplify and accelerate the process of securing financial backing for legal claims. His vision has been to bridge the gap between law firms, clients, and funders, creating a trusted platform that connects capital with meritorious cases. Under his leadership, Audley Capital has developed strong relationships with leading investors and legal professionals. Rick Gregory
Director
Rick Gregory has nearly three decades of experience in litigation funding, insurance, and high-volume litigation. He has been instrumental in securing capital for a wide range of law firms, from single-office practices to multi-disciplinary international firms. His work has helped design and deliver some of the largest funding schemes in the UK and the group litigation claims market. He looks after our North America portfolio with strong relationships in the USA and Canada. At Audley Capital, Rick plays a key role in shaping strategy and structuring funding arrangements. His industry knowledge, regulatory insight, and strong network of funders and legal professionals make him a vital driver of the firm's success in supporting law firms and clients through complex disputes.

Simon Reader brings extensive experience in litigation finance, fintech, energy, and real estate transactions. A successful entrepreneur and investor, he co-founded one of South Africa's first renewable energy firms and has since advised on major capital raises, mergers, and partnerships in the financial technology sector. At Audley Capital, Simon focuses on connecting Family Offices and private wealth investors with litigation funding opportunities.
